Terms of Service

By accessing or using Razzli (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") with Razzli LLC, a Washington limited liability company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Razzli is a discovery platform that helps users explore non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, and the venues — bars, cafes, restaurants, and stores — that serve or sell them. The Service is provided through our mobile applications and websites.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it updated. Notify us promptly at hello@razzli.com of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or abusive content, including fraudulent reviews.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, lists, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Razzli a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law. Razzli may, but is not obligated to, review, moderate, or remove User Content at our discretion.

Razzli and its licensors own the Service, including the Razzli name, logo, branding, app design, curated content, and underlying technology. Except for the limited rights granted to you to use the Service, no rights are transferred. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Venue listings, menus, hours, drink availability, and other information may be supplied by venues, third-party data providers, or community contributions. Such information is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate, current, or complete. Razzli does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any venue actually serves or stocks a particular drink or that any listed information is accurate. Always verify directly with a venue before visiting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Razzli and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid Razzli in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from within the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Razzli or other users. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
