Razzli LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Razzli," "we," "us," or "our"), provides a mobile application and website (the "Service") that helps people discover non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, and the venues that serve them. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Razzli, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored only as a salted, one-way hash). You may optionally provide a display name and profile photo.

Location data

With your permission, we collect approximate or precise device location to surface venues and drinks near you. Location access is optional and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

Preferences and quiz responses

We store the answers you provide to the Vibe Quiz, your saved favorites, dietary filters, and similar preferences so we can personalize recommendations.

Usage data

We collect aggregated usage signals such as screens viewed, features used, search terms, taps, and crash diagnostics to improve the Service.

Device information

We collect device model, operating system version, language, time zone, app version, and a randomly generated device identifier for analytics and abuse prevention.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Personalize drink and venue recommendations.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Location is used solely to find nearby venues and tailor results. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings; Razzli will still work, but discovery features will rely on manual city or address entry. We do not sell location data and we do not use it for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with service providers who help us operate Razzli, including:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage hosting.
• Google Maps Platform — mapping, geocoding, and place lookups.
• Analytics and crash reporting providers — aggregated usage and stability metrics.

These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations consistent with this policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate notice.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify affected users of any material breach in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can manage most of these directly in the app or by emailing hello@razzli.com. To delete your account, use the "Delete Account" option in the app or contact us; we will process verified requests within 30 days.

Razzli is not directed to children under 17 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because the Service is alcohol-adjacent and intended for an adult audience exploring non-alcoholic alternatives, users should be of legal drinking age in their region. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child who is below the applicable age, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated in-app or by email. Your continued use of Razzli after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
